ApodanNordic has since January 2002 been approved to Environmental Management System Standards ISO 14000 : 1996 and the Occupational Health & Safety Management System OHSAS 18001 : 1999.
ApodanNordic is located in the Øresund region, close to Copenhagen. In 1994, the Danish and Swedish governments reached an agreement to develop a joint environmental programme for the Øresund region. The aim - to create one of Europe's cleanest big city regions. With the opening of the bridge link between Sweden (Malmo) and Denmark (Copenhagen), ApodanNordic is located in one of the cleanest industrial regions in the world today.

We have been pre-approved by the the Danish Working Environment Service in continuation of our environmental certification (OHSAS 18001). This means that we have been given the ‘Green Crown Smiley’.
This smiley is only given to companies that have an acknowledged work environment certificate. The company has therefore done an extraordinary effort to secure a high environmental standard. |
